Product Description

Flui Petnat is the fizz version of the white wine made in Rodrigo’s winery. The grapes are coming from a single vineyard in Serra de Montejunto, not far from the winery in north Lisboa. The old typical vineyard belongs to Manuel, Rodrigo’s friend who was working at the Quinta several years with Rodrigo. Manuel recovered the single parcel from his grandfather of old local grapes, which is a planted in 1975;Therefore field blend of Vital, Arinto, Fernao Pires, Vaca Leiteira, Siria plus few more. Rodrigo is in charge of the wine making, minimum intervention, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Unfiltered, unfined and no added sulphites. Production of 900 bottles. Tasting Notes: Very elegant wine with reminiscence of Atlantic forest. Flavours of lemon, dry and long and pleasant clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif and food pairing.
