Product Description

U Brut Nature 2019 vintage is a sparkling wine made of Xarel.lo grape following the champanoise methode for the second fermentation in the bottle. All the vineyards are treat in organic farming and certified winery. The Xarel.lo grapes are from 12 – 90 years old, calcareous soil and altitud of 300-400 meters, High Penedes. Hand harvest and selection of the best grapes, in the winery just added a bit of sulphites before fermentation. Production of 20.000 bottles.
