Product Description
10 farmers are supplying this small Cava house located in the heart of Sant Sadurní de Arnoia. Brut Nature indicates that the wine has no dosage (sugar) at all nd it is the driest version of classic Cava blend, Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Aged in bottle for 12 months. Second fermentation minimum of 12 months in bottle.
Tasting notes: Medium bodied Cava. Notes of citrus, apple, dry and fresh with fine bubbles. Very versatile everyday drinking cava, ideal as aperitif, paired with snacks but also food friendly.
