Humus Petnat Rose is a sparkling wine made in the Ancestral method. It is a blend of two local grapes, Touriga Nacional and Castelao. The wine is unfiltered and unfined and filled into the bottle while fermenting, so the bubbles are created naturally by the Co2 in the bottle. It is pronounced sparkling, ideal as aperitif. It has red berries, rose petals, and watermelon. An ideal pairing with fish, and rice.
