Product Description

7 Cepas en Rama is a white wine 100% Albariño grape organic certified. The vineyard is one hectare of calcareous soil, located in Val do Salnes, Rias Baixas. Hand harvested in small cases, in the winery spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast, 24 hours of maceration then press and with its lees in inox for six months. En Rama means that is unfiltered unfined, no added sulphites. Production of 3000 bottles. It has the organic certfication but is not part of the DO Rias Baixas, as is unfiltere and unfined.

Tasting notes: Peach citrus and lemon aftertaste. For those who are looking for more intense Albariño wine.
