Nomos 2018 is Ricardo first vintage, white wine blend of Alvarinho and Trajadura from Vinho Verde, North Portugal. Located within his Quinta de Penho, 5 hectares of vinesin a valley and surrounding by mountain and all variety of trees and fauna, to protect the ecosystem.The winery belongs to his family old house from the 18th century. Hand harvested, fours days of maceration, fermeted and aged for 12 months in old barrels. Minimum intervention in the winery, using indigenous yeast and spontaneous fermentation, a bit of sulphites before bottling, production of 1000 bottles.
