Product Description

Flui is a white wine made in Rodrigo’s winery, the grapes are coming from a single vineyard in Serra de Montejunto, not far from the winery in north Lisboa. The vineyard is from Manuel, Rodrigo’s friend, he recovered the single parcel from his grandfather of old local grapes, planted in 1975; Vital, Arinto, Fernao Pires, Vaca Leiteira, Siria plus few more. In the winery minimum intervention, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast, aged in old small barrels fro 12 months. Unfiltered, no clarified and no added sulphites. Production of 900 bottles. Tasting Notes: Very elegant wine with reminiscence of Atlantic forest. Flavours of lemon, dry and long and pleasant clean finish. Good with food. Superbe wine!
