Product Description
Prólogo wine is the latest project of Juan Carlos, the winemaker from Carballal in Rias Baixas. Albariño vines are from the estate Carballal and A Granxa planted in 1978. This albariño wine is very low in sulphites, fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel, also malolactic to reduce the acidity. Breeding over fine lees for 5 months to get texture and personality. It’s rounded and elegant, structured, mineral notes and a long finish and integrated acidity. Total of sulphites 30Mg/L. Production of 4000 bottles.
