Nomos, made by Ricardo Moreira, is an white wine, from Vinho verde. The 100% Trajadura grape is grown organically in granitic and schist soils in amazing bancals placed in a dramatic lanscape. The low yielding in this tiny vineyard just allows to produce 1150 bottles. The whole winemaking is traditional and without any additives or machines, after the foot trodden, skin contact during 2 days in inox, Then, the wine has aged 10 months in old French oak barrels. It was bottled in August 2020 with any filtration or fining.
Encruzado and Arinto blend, aged in old barrels for a year. Organic farming.
