Product Description

Cami dels Contrabandistes is a blend of the local variety Embolicaire 80% – 70/90 years old vine-, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in Castellon, Valencia province, at 11km from the Mediterranean sea. Almost nothing left within the area of the grape variety Embolicaire – Trepat in the rest of Catalunya-. Vinification, spontaneous fermentation with stems and indigenous yeast, maceration 10 days. Then aged for 11 month in fiber glass. Unfiltered, unclarified and not sulphites added.
