Plot- Vallejo; vineyards 50 – 90 years old, located 750 m above sea level, sandy soil and rolling stones. Manual harvest. Destemmed and macerated for five days in stainless steel, aged in french oak 225L for five months. Spontaneous fermentation, aged for 12 months in French oak Foudre, six months in stainless steel. Unfiltered and unfined, no sulphites added. Bottled in May 2022. Red fruits, raspberry, soft tannins, very elegant at the end. 1500 bottles.
