Verbum, made by Ricardo Moreira, is an Orange wine, skin contac, from Vinho verde. The 100% Arinto grape is grown organically in granitic and quarz soils in amazing bancals placed in a dramatic lanscape. The low yielding in this tiny vineyard just allows to produce 300 bottles. The whole winemaking is traditional and without any additives or machines, after the foot trodden, skin contact during 5 months in inox, Then, the wine has aged 6 months in an old French oak. It was bottled in August 2020.
