Tretas red wine is a blend of Jaen 70% and Touriga 30% from young vines. This is Joao’s light red wine to be drunk at anytime. Organic farming respect for all the fauna and vegetation, no use of any pesticides or herbicides.Soil is granite, schist, clay and marine sediments. Hand harvest in cases, in the winery press and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel and no control of the temperature. Stays in tank with its lees for 6 months, no filtration, no clarification a bit of sulphites before bottling, total of 30mg/L. Production of 5300 bottles.
