Rose wine made from 85% Viura and 15% Garnacha Tinta. The grapes are destemmed and put in the tanks where the cold maceration takes place for 48 hours, follow by pressing the grapes to obtain the most. Alcoholic fermentation starts in stainless steel of 25000 L for 25 days with control temperature at 14-16 C. Finally a cold stabilization. Bottling 2017. Production 5000 bottles. Packaging x12.
