Perill means danger in Catalan. Manel with this wine wants to give tribute to his family’s winemakers. They produced very similar red wine, in a very traditonal and natural way, also very light. Made from local native grape Sumoll planted in 1939, fermented in barrel and Terracota amphora, aged 30 months in old barrel. No sulphites add. Juicy and easy drinking. The label is part of a draw collections from his grandfather. Production of 5600 bottles.
Wild fruits and forest, ripe blackberry notes. In the mouth juicy, fresh with note of the mediterranean terroir. Light on alcohol. Long finish aftertaste.
