Perill Noir Carinyena is the last wine of Manel’s winemaking. One hectare of Carinyena called La Falconera from 1943. Fermented in terracot amphora and big barrels of 400 and 500L. Manel works in the land following the biodynamic methods. He doesn’t add any sulphites. Small production of 2500 bottles.
