Product Description

Perill Blanc is made from Xarel.lo local grape, planted in 1939. Following the byodinamic principles in a very natural way. Fermented in Terracota of 300 L, then batonage for 8 months. No sulphites add. Production of 6000 bottles.

Floral notes and spices from the Garrraf. Pure, mineral and aromatic. In the mouth is rounded, fresh and with a long aftertaste. Stunning white wine to drink by its self or to accompany with food.
