Organic red wine Garnacha grape, vines between 15-30 years old, the vineyards are Mas d’ En Crusat and Pedrenyeres. Organic viticulture, harvested by hand. Destemmed, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. Aged in the tank for four months and then bottled. Unfiltered, unclarified and very low in sulphites, less than 20 Mg/L. Production of 600 bottles.
