Product Description
Majuelos means a traditional Castilian work to name small bush vines planted in poor soils this particular case, gravels at 870-890 m. Grapes are picked by hand from 3 vineyards. It produces low yielding harvests and much more elegant and fine wines, to be aged. Fermentation with native yeasts in French oak barrels and aged 18th months in a big wooden vat. 2016 was an excellent vintage due to the high hydric reserves the vines retained thanks to the good rainfall before summer time. Despite Majuelos was aged in oak barrels, it expresses primary red and black fruits, also underwood with an spicy long and very fine finish.
