L’ Adolescent is the youngest wine from Roger. Made of 50% Monastrell 53 years old vines, 35% Garnatxa and 15% Syrah grapes. Roger works in organic viticulture, no use of any herbicides and pesticides, and in the cellar minimum intervention. Hand harvest in small cases and foot trodden. Monastrell grape half of the most is macerated 7 days in inox and the other half is a carbonic maceration. Garnatxa 5 days maceration in inox and the Syrah 4 days of maceration and then 5 months in small old barrels. No sulphites added. Unfiltered and unfined. Production of 2300 bottles.
