Humus Branco is a blend of Fernao Pires and Arinto white grapes from Encosta da Quinta, Lisboa. Hand harvest in small boxes and carefully selected, the grapes were gently pressed by direct press. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in 225L old oak barrels and left for 9 months. Nothing was added to the wine. Bottled withouth any finning or filtration, no sulphites added.
