El Cerro Oloroso name given as the name that their mother called El Pago de la Choza in Añina (Jerez). This Oloroso sherry is 25 years of solera system, oxditave crianza. First solera started in 1986 when the two brothers Pepe and Paco got the first botas in the bodega. For the Oloros they used the Palomino grapes from the vineyard of the Pagos Macharnudo and Añina from Jerez. In total of seven botas-barrels of Solera, limited production of 700 bottles per year. Slightly filtered. Great balanced alcohol and freshness.
