Dorada Blanco is a white wine made of Palomino grape 70 years old from a single estate of Albariza soil. Located in Sanlucar de Barrameda, Pago Mahina, Viña del Vicario’s vineyard. Hand harvest, skin contact of 7 days in amphora, vertical press and then left for 9 months in amphora. A bit of sulphites before bottling, unfiltered and unfined. Production of 1846 bottles.
