Blanc de Blancs is made from the local variety Malvasia de Sitges, planted in 1939 by Manel’s grandfather. Not many producers are left producing wine with this local variety. Second fermentation in the bottle following the Champenoise method with a strict 20-month aging in bottle. Disgorgement without the addition of expedition liqueur (sugar), stabilizers or preservatives; fill with it. This sparkling wines is made with biodynamic fees, to enjoy the ultimate expression of the terroir.
