Sumoll Reserva Familia Blanc de Noirs is Manel’s first product. Made from Sumoll red grape planted in 1939. Harvest fully manual. After the first alcoholic fermentation is aged for a short period in oak barrel. No malolactic fermentation is provoked. For the second fermentation, following the Champenoise method, Manel adds a bit of honey from his own bees, aged for 30 months in the bottle. This sparkling wines are made with biodynamic fees, to enjoy the ultimate expression of the terroir. Superb sparkling wine to enjoy with food.
