Amorro Tinto is 100% Tintilla de Rota from Pago Balbaina in Jerez. Fermented and aged for 16 months in fiber tank. Spontaneous fermentation and use of indigenous yeast. Tintilla grape is local variety from the province of Cádiz.Not destemmed maceration 6 days days, then pressed in pneumatic vertical press. Unfiltered, not clarified, and bit of sulphites before bottling, 30mg/L.

Amorro Tinto is elegant and smoth, showing a really nature of where it comes from – atlantic sea and albariza soils-. Very far for the styles of wines made in South Spain.
