Amorro Tinto is a blend of Tempranillo 60%, Tintilla 40%. Fermented and aged for 16 months in fiber tank. Spontaneous fermentation and use of indigenous yeast. Not destemmed maceration 6 days days, then pressed in pneumatic vertical press. Tempranillo and Tintilla grapes are 23-30 years old from Pago de Balbaina, Jerez. Unfiltered, not clarified, and bit of sulphites before bottling, 30mg/L.
Amorro Tinto is elegant and smoth, showing a really nature of where it comes from – atlantic sea and albariza soils-. Very far for the styles of wines made in South Spain.
