Amorro Tinto is a blend of Tempranillo, Tintilla and Palomino. Fermented and aged for 16 months in fiber tank. Spontaneous fermentation and use of indegenous yeast. Tempranillo and Tintilla grapes are 23-30 years old from Pago de Balbaina, Jerez. Palomino 20 years old from Pago Marquesado, Chiclana. Amoro Tinto is elegant and smoth, showing a really nature of where it comes from, ocean atlantic and albariza soils. Very far for the styles of wine smade in South Spain.
