Amorro Tinto is a blend of Tempranillo 40%, Tintilla 20% and Palomino 40%. Fermented and aged for 16 months in fiber tank. Spontaneous fermentation and use of indigenous yeast. Tempranillo and Tintilla grapes are 23-30 years old from Pago de Balbaina, Jerez. Palomino 20 years old from Pago Marquesado, Chiclana. Tempranillo not destemmed maceration 35 days. Tintilla y Palomino co-fermented together. A bit of sulphites before bottling, 30mg/L.
Amorro Tinto is elegant and smoth, showing a really nature of where it comes from – atlantic sea and albariza soils-. Very far for the styles of wine smade in South Spain.
