Albur Blanco is a white wine made of Palomino grape 35 years old from a single estate. Located in Chiclana de la Frontera, Pago el Marquesado, Viña de Los Caracoles’s vineyard, one hectare of sandy soil. Chiclana is closer to the Atlantic sea, where you can find all the Arenas or Sand terroir in the area of Jerez. Hand harvest in small cases, skin contact of 7 days in fiber glass tank, vertical press and then left for 9 months in the same tank. A bit of sulphites before bottling, unfiltered and unfined. Production of 1807 bottles.
