Aciano is the first land that Alvar inherit from his grandfather and is named in honour of him. Alvar has been taking care since 2008, farmed organically and some biodynamic methods, not unitl 2011 when he produced his first vintage. In the winery; not destemmed, macerated for 45 days, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast, then 13 months in old big barrels of 300-500 L.
