Product Description

A Temps is an Organic certified white wine blend of Xarel.lo 80% and Parellada 20% old vines. The vineyards are located in Penedes and Tarragona, following an organic and biodynamic farming. Hand harvest in small cases. In the winery selection of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast, and aged with its lees for five months. Unfiltered and unclarified, total of 7 mg/L of sulphites. Production of 4000 bottles.
Tasting notes: Green apple and citrus aromas, with texture and great structure with clean acidity. Parellada gives a fresh citrus and dry finish.
