Product Description

7 Cepas Tinto is a red wine blend of Caiño tinto 60% and Mencia 40% from Rias Baixas in Val do Salnes. The vineyards are 25-40 years old. Spontaneous co-fermentation with indigenous yeast, skin contact for 5 days, no control of temperature and aged in inox for few months. Unfiltered and unclarified, total of sulphites 50mg/L. Production of 1860 bottles.
