Perill Blanc 2015 & Perill Noir 2010

We introduced in our catalogue two new wines from Clos Lentiscus, Perill Blanc 2015 and Perill Noir 2010. Manel Aviñó, the winemaker, wanted to give tribute to his family making these wines. He kept the traditional method of producing still wines from Penedes with the main grapes; Xarel.lo white and Sumoll red. No added sulphites and always following the biodynamic farming.
Perill Blanc is made from Xarel.lo grape planted in 1939, fermented in Terracotta amphora of 300 l and then ageing for 8 months with its lees. Perill Noir is made from Sumoll grape planted in 1939, fermented in barrels and then ageing for 30 months in old barrel of 225L.
